It took about 45 minutes to get my taco... my 1 taco... you be the judge

Usually a very long wait. Food is usually consistently good. Smells like weed all the time but that makes the food taste better. Each car can take 5 minutes or more. I usually wait 25-50 minutes depending on if it's busy or not.nnThe food is usually hot, tastes good, and as stated is consistent.nnThey have never really messed up my order unlike other fast food places. And they give me plenty of hot sauce.nnOne time an employee handed me a drink with soda all along the outside of the cup, me trying to hurry to get out of the line, didn't realize and I got home to a sticky cupholder.nnOne time I had a soda that tasted very watery, like the machine was low on syrup or wasn't mixing properly.nnEmployees are kinda rude sometimesnnOne time their freeze machine was down so I got a pop instead, it's whatever. But there was about a 50 cent difference. But there was no way for them to refund me the 50 cents. Not a big deal and I don't really care, just wish the mobile app would of told me that there was no freezes.

So it's not totally their fault because it is almost 1:30 in the morning BUT we have literally been in this line for 45 minutes which is just utterly ridiculous.

SO SLOW! They don't wear their masks properly and it is a minimum of a 40 minute wait. NOT WORTH IT! You are better off going to the taco bell across town than coming here.

Every single time I come here I wait in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. And that’s if I’m lucky. I am currently sitting in the drive through 50 minutes deep. It’s unfathomably slow. It blows my mind every time. I keep coming back hoping for a different outcome but it’s always the same. And to make things worse, every time I finally manage to make it the window, I see staff sitting on their phone, chatting, and generally doing anything but work. I hate this Taco Bell with every fiber of my being. Fix this location.
