Definitely the best sichuan restaurant in the area. Love the food and atmosphere there. No complaints what so ever! Very authentic and packed with flavors 10/10 would recommend.
This place deserves 5 stars more than an other. Great food, always hot, always fresh. They have more knowledge of the dishes they craft here.nBe sure to try thier authentic menu.
First, we never complain about food. I was super excited about trying this restaurant, and the food was very tasty when we started eating it! A few bites into it we found large chunks of sharp plastic. This was brought home to eat and when I called the owner to let them know as well as texting them pictures of the plastic after calling them, the owner refused to accept that it could have possibly come from their kitchen. We opened the boxes when we got home, put it right into a plate and started eating it. There is no other place it could have come from. Had to throw it all away. Disappointed to say the least...
Rice was delicious and perfectly cooked. Boba coffee was excellent. Spring rolls were decent. Egg roll was pretty good.nnThe main dishes - sesame chicken and chicken with broccoli. Awful. Sesame chicken has far too much sauce, almost like a soup, and therefore the chicken wasn't crispy at all. Sickly sweet.nnThe chicken and broccoli was one of the most disgusting Chinese dishes I've ever eaten. Tasted like dishwater. Just straight up awful. I think it's the sauce they use.nnMaybe they do more authentic dishes better? I would think chicken and broccoli would be relatively authentic though.
Very authentic Chinese dishes with spice and no spice. if you're tired of American Chinese food you should come here and get real dishes. They can create dishes from famous fish dishes to hot pot. Understand which dishes have the spices as I've seen reviews people are grading this restaurant down because they were too stupid to understand spices and how spicy things can get. but if you want authentic spices is the way to go and there's plenty of napkins to blow your nose or stop the nose watering. Enjoy authentic experience in the west side of Kalamazoo.
