We are VERY happy with our recent experience with this company. They were able to come out within a week of us calling. The receptionist worked hard to give us the best deal for the services we requested (there were multiple promotions at the time). She was very friendly and accommodating! Joe and Dan, our cleaning technicians, were really easygoing, down to earth guys. They have a great understanding of their air duct and carpet cleaning process. Our house feels so much cleaner now! The only thing that would’ve made the experience better would be to have a heads up about any additional disinfecting costs for the carpet. We recently bought the house from a family with 4 dogs and 2 kids- so we knew there were stains! We were happy to pay the extra money- just- for us carpet cleaning newbies, it would be great if the receptionist could ask about stains and warn about additional costs involved. In the end, they actually gave us an extra discount and a free bottle of cleaning solution without us even asking. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and we will definitely be using this company for all of our future carpet/air duct cleaning needs!

I had McCreary's clean two dryer vents. The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Joe and Josh were the techs that came and they were very polite, considerate, and professional. they gave me a tip about one of the vents that I can take care of easily. I feel much safer now that the vents have been cleaned. I would recommend McCreary's based on my experience.

Dan and Joe were wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and followed the COVID protocols with mask-wearing. The dryer vent service they provided was great and they were in and out in about 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

My experience with this company could not have been better. Joe and Josh were extremely professional and kind, and did an amazing job at cleaning my carpets. They worked hard, and spent extra time on any spots or stains I had. I would definitely recommend this company!

McCreary's Healthy Homes did a wonderful job at cleaning our basement carpet and stairs leading to the upper level. The stairs were the most noticeable difference, they looked brand new! Our basement is a highly used area, will absolutely have them back for another cleaning. Thank you McCreary's for the well done and affordable job!
