When your hungry better than other places but not as good as a Mexican restaurant

Why does taco bell use a app that forces you to use the same drive through and repeat back the order? Fast food -not really. Edible -yes.
Everyone here is always cheerful and welcoming. If your order is wrong (because mistakes happen, it’s whatever) they are apologetic and happy to replace the wrong or missing item. The food is always hot and tastes fresh. If you get nachos at night, the chips they give you aren’t stale like they’re from the bottom of the barrel, and if they are you can’t tell.
Just left the drive through after it taking literally almost 20 minutes from start to finish with only 2 orders ahead of me specifically stated no tomatoes on my crunch wrap as I’m allergic get home to find tomatoes on the crunch wrap this is not the first time as I visited a week ago and just thought maybe it was due to a simple mistake but with me being the only person sitting in the drive through up until right before I left there was no reason for the order to be messed up with that being the only change in the order will definitely make the drive to the holly rd Taco Bell at least the food is made to order and even though there is a wait I would rather wait and have my order correct
