The room was nice, but the casino was awful! Couldn't win anything,!!!!
nice, clean, felt safe under these circumstances
Our first time at the Island resort and Casino. We did the stay and play. Our room was very nice only wish it had a fridge. Had a beautiful sunrise view from our 11th story room. We thought more restaurants would have been nice. We did get a reservation for 10 o'clock dinner after the show we attended but many others were upset they couldn't get in. The hot tub, salt water pool and sauna were awesome ud83dudc4d.
We had a nice comfortable stay. But there were a few issues we had with our suite.We will call the Hotel about them. The beds are pretty firm also there are a few maintenance items Other than that our stay was pretty comfortable. We were really glad that there's a coffee shop downstairs and you can get bakery items if you'd like and also a place for breakfast to be ordered.
I’ve been back to the island casino twice since they re-opened and I find it to be an amazingly wonderful entertaining place. The food is great the entertainment is so much fun. I love the country bands. My only comment would be please do something about the coffee you offer your guess it is really terrible taste like bad water.
