Good food, always super slow, especially during the morning and at lunch you're lucky if you get your food within 45 minutes. Their online order portal hasn't worked in about 6 months and knowing the owner it never will.
I have eaten lunch at the Berrien Springs Taco Bell many times. It has always been pretty decent as as far as Taco Bells. Go. However recently the menu has been reduced. Today when I placed my order which included Dr. Pepper, they said it had been replaced with Cherry Pepsi. There is no replacement for Dr. Pepper. I drove away. They lost my business.
Been to this location several times everything I've been here they always forget something. I called up there to talk to a manager and the lady I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to her boss she said she's not there so I asked for the owner and he told her he was to busy to talk to me about the complaints I had. I will never return to this place ever again and I recamend that other people avoid this place to unless you want to not get stuff you paid for and no respect when you call to file a complaint then go there. I don't like to give money away for free and they want to be paid more money an hour can't even do right now they should be getting paid lees per hour then what they make now
Always a bit of a wait but never a disappointment. Always nice and hot and yummy.
Didn't give much sauce and the toppings were less than I've had at other Taco Bells, but very nice service.
