Garren is a good man; however, I had absolutely miserable service today from an employee who appeared to believe that I was a waste of his time. I was at the store 3 different times today, trying to find the appropriate sized nut. After twice failing to find it myself, I went back and asked an employee for assistance. His first response was to tell me where the nuts/bolts are located. I told him that I knew where they are and needed assistance matching a washer to the appropriate nut. He took me down, opened one drawer, didn’t even MEASURE the washer, and told me that they didn’t have the correct nut. Had he at least TRIED to help, or just told me that he couldn’t do it and find someone who could, I’d have been fine. Instead, his demeanor suggested that I was an imposition on his time. After this experience, I’m not planning on going back. While it’s only a roughly 15 cent part, this poor service ensures that I will find alternate venues for spending my money.
Great store, awesome selection. If you can't find it here, you don't need it anyway. And there's a dog. Always love having a dog in the hardware - old school.
Great hometown hardware store. Excellent service. Lots of things that are hard to find even at bigger stores especially out of season.
The owner, Garren, is usually there. He and his crew are fun. They help in every way to locate just what I need.
Very friendly and helpfull, no matter what im trying to do they help find the product i need and will take the time explaining if i have questions or concerns
