We reached out to Joanne Stone in the Spring to sell an out-of-state property in that belonged to my Dad, who recently passed. Due to the great distance, the family was unable to travel to Maine. We found Joanne (via Google) and she was super helpful from day one. We were blessed to find her. From visiting the property, coordinating a locksmith, hiring a landscaper, recommending a local attorney, to researching comps, Joanne was A class and the communication/professionalism was superb. Joanne was was highly efficient in selling the property for us and the process could not have gone any smoother. We received multiple offers immediately and closed in about a month. Both the buyer and sellers are highly satisfied with the transaction and outcome. I highly recommend Joanne Stone for anyone buying/selling real estate.
