My wife and I had been looking for a nice piece of land in the Belfast area for a few years , after talking to a few realtors over a period of a couple of years I ended up calling Eagle Real Estate and talked to owner Jim and told him what we were looking for and he would call me if something came avalible , and that he did , Jim found us the perfect piece of land and put the deal together , I would highly recomend !!

I was a broker for a different company in the early 2000's. I had been friends with the owner, Jim of Eagle Real Estate before becoming a broker. I worked for a very good agency. Jim has been a very good friend in many ways. He's done his job for a long time & is very knowledgeable. He's on the ball and goes out of his way to help in real estate transactions as well as helping friends with whatever it may be. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. I say that as a friend and have known many satisfied clients he's had over the years. His co-workers are great as well! They tried to railroad my elderly mother into a suspiciously lowball real estate transaction some years ago. She was pursued around the clock, called over and over at all times of day for months. When she backed out they threatened to charge her for wasting their time and tried to bill her for having documents drawn up, etc. We had to call the State Police and report them for elder abuse. Stay away.
