Cassie Mason was a pleasure to work with!! We connected with Cassie a few years before we actually decided to sell. She kept in touch with us during that time, keeping us abreast of the market. When we decided to list, she came over and went through the process with us and immediately got to work with marketing strategies. Her friendly, easy going and enthusiastic personality impressed us, and her knowledge of the area market was impeccable. Her marketing is comprehensive and innovative and I was so impressed as a Realtor myself down in Massachusetts. Her description of our property pulled at my heart strings as it was more that just the data, she described the feeling of the house. We thought she captured it beautifully, and so did all the bidders we had on the house the first week! She was always communicative and easy to reach through the entire process. I would highly recommend Cassie as the absolute best choice for a Realtor in Western Maine and the Sunday River area!!

We highly recommend Cassie Mason Real Estate. Cassie and her team are a pleasure to work with. Cassie was extremely responsive, professional and easy to work with, despite us residing out of state. When we met Cassie in person, she was able to determine what would work best for our family. Cassie and Amber made the entire family part of the process. She was reassuring through the process and made what could have been a stressful experience, an enjoyable one. Cassie and Amber were extremely responsive, answered all of our questions and made us feel like they were invested in our buying process. They continued to share important information, including vendors, local recommendations, etc. even after the buying process was complete. Cassie was amazing to work with. She was diligent to coordinate all showings around our schedule since we were coming up from MA. Even after an initial purchase fell through after the inspection, she was dedicated to finding the right place for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the house we ended up with! I was also 6-7 months pregnant during the purchase, and Cassie made the process run so smoothly, which was very appreciated! We look forward to many years of family vacations at our new house in Newry!
