Have used Sigrid & Assoc vaction rental services for four years. Although there was always a problem with delayed communications, we were happy with the rental property. We were hoping to continue the relationship this year, so I contacted Sigrid in the beginning of Feb. We discussed the property and the dates. She really didn't seem sure if the owners would be renting this year but was confident they would. I told her that if they weren't we could look at other properties. She promised to get back to me soon. After a month I hadn't heard anything. I sent several emails ad made several calls to the office, no reply. I finally managed to catch her in the office more than a month ago. Again, she assured me she would check on the availability of the rental and would get right back to me. it has been over a month, again, numerous unanswered emails and phone calls. I tried contacting another associate in the office, she got right back to me saying she would contact another associate, nothing. Last phone call attempt & email last week. Totally unacceptable and rude way to run a business, especially when dealing with a long term client.
