This place is magical! So much fun when the alewives are running.
We've been wanting to see this beautiful rock fish ladder for a while. We finally got to see it the other day. Too bad they have to put the netting on the fish ladder but I fully understand. The netting was loaded with seagulls, as were the rocks and water flow. The birds would be harvesting all the fish right out of the ladder!!! Very interesting to see all in all.
Cool little location! Sometimes their are no fish there when people say their will be.
A great view of the spring migration of allies. The run will be over in another week and now open to the public
