We have rented from Pottle for almost 20 years. We have always found our rental unit available on time, clean and in good condition. Any problems during our stay were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. This is a local business whose staff know the area and the rental units well. They are available if needed. They are the interface between you and the property owner who may be responsible for poor communication in a few cases. We have found Pottle staff to communicate well. We are happy to be returning to Maine this year with the help of the Pottle agency staff. We would recommend that you review their catalog of rentals for the right one for you. Maine is great!

We have rented from Pottle realty for a few years and Traci is a gem to work with. We’ll be renting from Pottle realty once again this year.

We have used Traci for vacation rentals for a number of years. This agency has always been communicable, efficient, and helpful. The other reviews here are quite the opposite of our experience, and we would highly recommend them.nD. Bower

Do not rent from this connThe commmunication is unprofessional. They will sit on checks for monthsnnI have been waiting for my security deposit for over a month and a half after the rentalnnI emailed Tracy and she said my check was either sent or it wasn’tnnI do not recommendnnIf this is a sign of rental. I can imagine how they sell homes

Mr. Pottle decided to buy a home in our neighborhood and allow his child to live there and do nothing but cause issues and has total disregard as to control or come to a resolution to fix the problem. Be aware all he cares about is himself.
