Sheets were provided but when we arrived at the property one of the skylights in the bedroom had been left open and it had rained on the bed. When we asked for help we were told that nothing could be done until the next day. Bring your own sheets and blankets. Otherwise a good experience ud83dude01

Working with TurnKey was fast and easy. The Guest Portal they set up meant that all of the information I needed during my stay was always at my fingertips. The whole process was stress free enabling me to simply enjoy my vacation.

During covid cottage was not cleaned when we arrived. Cobwebs everywhere. Spiders and webs everywhere. Dirty linen thrown in corner. No clean linen for pull out bed. No extra towels or toilet paper, no towels for kitchen. No tools for wood stove which only source of heat. No tools for grill. Had to drive half hour to buy wood and temp first night was 27 degrees. Lobster pot but no crackers while we are in a seaside town. When called turnkey they had us go next door to another rental to get clean linen. We had to take linen off beds. They asked us to take dirty linen from our cabin to cabin next door. We refused. Please don't use Turnkey.

TurnKey responded quickly to my text message. I appreciated their emails regarding our upcoming stay and allowing our family early check in and late check out. I would stay at a TurnKey property again!

Information for rental was quick and easy. Available to answer all questions via any service email, text, or phone. Loved the handy handheld left in the rental for easy access for information and directions for the rental.nnThank you
