I was on the opposite side of a real estate transaction recently (Gail was the seller's realtor). She lacks any attention to detail and poor communication. Her listing wrote the home included a dishwasher (none has ever been installed in the home) and that it included a heat stove, which the sellers never intended to include in the purchase, and took with them after closing. It took two months to get a new stove installed, with most of the communication and coordination done by myself. I would give pause in purchasing any home that she lists.
Similar place
