The staff members at Summer House Cottage Rentals are very helpful and professional. We have had the pleasure of working with them over the past several years when we rent cottages on Mount Desert Island. Their website is easy to navigate. We highly recommend Summer House Cottage Rentals to anyone looking to rent a summer cottage. We are currently using them for our 2017 summer vacation plans.

We have been working with Summer House Cottage Rentals for more than 5 years now for our 2 week summer rentals. I originally chose this agency over the others because of the personal service they provided me during my selection process. They have always gone above and beyond each fall as we look to find the ideal home to rent for the following summer. Summer House Cottage Rentals has been helping us rent homes in MDI over the past few years. Laurie Warden and staff are very knowledgable of the area and go above and beyond finding the perfect rental each time we visit. They are honest, reliable, and very communicative. All fees are listed in a well executed contract, so there are never any surprises. We LOVE renting through Summer House Cottage Rentals and always refer friends and family to them when visiting beautiful Acadia!!

My husband and I first rented through Summer House Cottage Rentals in 2016. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. When we decided to go back to MDI in 2017, they were our first call!
