Wow! HG Reed responded within 1 hour of call for help. No heat in house. Fixed in less than 30 minutes. Garrett is so easy to work with. Great work guys!

I had the unfortunate encounter to talk with the lady on the phone to schedule a service and she was so incredibly rude. Her responses were we don't have time for this, and maybe I will call you back if I have too. Honestly it was kind of disgusting that someone even interacts this way in business. I would never recommend them to anyone on the island. It would seem that because they have been on the island for generations that they can say and do what they want. Whether they are the most expensive or the cheapest doesn't matter. Their customer service is disgusting...unless you have a lot of money to throw at them, then they will brown nose ya.

My friend and I were riding Yamaha Vino scooters in Bass Harbor. One of their drivers exhibited extreme road rage. We were driving the speed limit and the driver ran up on us speeding and before we could pull over after signaling, he nearly ran us off the road, extreme road rage.nnI don't know what the driver's problem was, but he gunned the engine or stepped on the gas and the van made a horrible sound that scared the crap out of us and he sped past, nearly so close, he could have killed us.nnIt was 100% intentional. He could have cleared us as there was no other traffic and he could have had a wide birth, but decided to teach us a lesson, in my opinion.nnI am posting in the hopes the company will have a talk with their drivers before they kill someone. It's a shame that human beings are so nasty to one another. Especially when they are driving a van with the company's logo and phone number splattered all over it.
