Bernard has been a wonderful Landlord. As soon as I moved in he followed up with me to ensure everything was working properly and that I was comfortable. When viewing the unit before moving in it was in excellent shape and absolutely clean. He was very accommodating when needing to move to a bigger unit that he was able to set me up with as well and sped the process along quickly for me. Him and Meg have been very helpful. If people asked if I knew of somewhere that was renting I would point them in his direction!

Won’t fix anything in apartment even if fire hazard. Won’t shovel or snow blow stairs or walkways or salt the driveway. Had to wait 3.5 weeks after moving in for hot water. Enters apartment at will with no notice. Tells you will clean apartment before you move in but leaves it disgusting and filled with dog hair even the fridge and shower. Rents an apartment with locks that don’t work and won’t fix them. Pipes freeze because drunken remodel guy down stairs that drinks natty ice tall boys and bangs around till 1030 pm smoking joints and cigarettes on the porch leaves the door open downstairs all night , no response. Leave the apartment 100 times cleaner than you rented it and you get dodged and referred to secretary who refers you to him then ignore your calls on why you haven’t received your security deposit. Leaves dryer broken for 2 weeks at a time. Sorry if you need clean clothes for work for the 1400 a month apartment without a flat floor in it. Bernard is a slimey human. Who refers you to an overpriced apartment if you apply for a reasonably priced one. Not to be trusted or rented from.

I rented from Bernard for 2 years. Awesome landlord, very responsive and overall it was a great renting experience. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Really awful service from maintenance and landlord. Nothing has been fixed off the move-in sheet and lease is almost up. Routinely no response to texts about new issues.nAll 3 apartments on sight have a washer/dryer hookup except ours is broken. Has been for full lease with no obvious intent to fix.

Seriously dissatisfied with the service from this company! We scheduled viewings and made it clear we were traveling a long distance and wanted to see as many properties as possible, we drove 3 hours to the first property and we were on time the agent was 20 minutes late to show us a run down property on Brown street that seriously looked like a crack house. When we told him we were NOT even interested in viewing the property and asked if he had scheduled other locations his response was a lame “I made some callls but couldn’t schedule anything “ If your reading this for a recommendation look elsewhere. Oh and not to mention we paid a 30.00 application fee which makes me even more upset!
