I was referred to Steve by a Co-worker. Buying a house is a tough process, but Steve made it look easy. He handled everything! All I did was point at which houses I liked and he took care of the rest. He knows what to look for and makes sure you are informed on every aspect.Trust that you need a experienced agent on your side when you are buying a house and I recommend Steve Levine. He is also very responsive which is great.

American Real Estate is in Westbrook Maine, and knows the real estate market very well. Steve will guide a seller and a buyer to a smooth transaction. His network of provider's are all very knowledgeable also. Steve has done many sales for me, and I'm grateful of his knowledge, speed and efficiency.

If I could give Steve a million stars, I would. Throughout the whole home buying process he was amazing & went above & beyond!! He was honest with every property saying why one home wasn’t worth it, which ones a good deal and so on. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. 100% recommend him for any buying or selling!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have purchased and sold homes through American real estate and we can’t thank them enough. Each transaction went as smooth and quickly as possible, Steve was there to answer any questions or concerns all hours of the day/night. We never felt like we were being “sold” anything!
