Great co-working space! Spent a few weeks working there while in Maine and would definitely recommend. Office is nice, easy to find, parking is free and there is a great sandwich shop right across the street. If you are looking for a co-working office in that area then do yourself a favor and check it out.

Working as a freelancer outside my normal 9-to-5, I can't think of many more enjoyable places to setup shop than LocalHost. Plenty of space to get my work done with minimal distractions. With breathtaking views of the falls, and plenty of parking, working at LocalHost takes some of the stress away from working on whatever project I have my hands in. Plus, Peter's hospitality can't be beat. LocalHost has all the amenities I need in a clean, relaxing environment to get the job done. If you are looking for a space in the Greater Portland area, definitely give LocalHost more than a serious look.

After working at one of the Portland co-working spaces and deciding it wasn't for me, I figured I'd give LocalHost a try. Good call! It is a laid back, easy place to work, plus the Dana Warp Mill is so cool! The office looks directly over the river and is filled with natural light. Everyone there is super friendly and very respectful of each other. It is so much more affordable than the places in downtown Portland...reliable internet, free parking next to the building, walking distance to Main Street to grab a bite, secure, and with access to a wide variety of small businesses also located within Dana Warp. Peter is attentive and easy to work with and around. Highly recommended!

LocalHost has a great working atmosphere. I like working here since it is close to downtown Portland. The rent was much better than what I was quoted in downtown Portland and parking is FREE!!!!!
