We just bought our first home with Bill as our realtor. Even with the limitations of the pandemic he was able to get us a showing at EVERY house we had any interest in. He was incredibly informative and helpful during the process. He encouraged us to take our time and make the right decision. He would often bring things to our attention (such as flaws in a property) we may not have noticed being unexperienced in such a fast moving seller's market. Bill is incredibly personable , we felt comfortable with him immediately. His response time was impeccable and he helped us negotiate our way through what seemed like an impossible situation!

A little delayed but well deserved! Bill went above and beyond with our home buying experience. We started searching for a home in 2019 and took a well needed break before deep diving this past Summer of 2020. After months of declined offers we began losing hope until our first choice home popped back on the market and he acted QUICK, resulting in us getting an immediate response with no competition. Bill was flexible, informative and gave us his honest opinion on the homes we were seeing without making us feel like every home was a miss. He guided us through writing competitive offers and even when it felt like there was no home for us, he remained positive and gave us hope! One thing I genuinely appreciated was his ability to recognize what was a want vs a need for us. He never made us feel like we had to lower our expectations or settle for anything short of perfect. In a world of COVID, Bill giving us some peace of mind was exactly what we needed. I still look at our house 3 months later in awe that we checked our boxes and got exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend Bill to you enough.

He came highly recommended through a friend that had recently used him, as we were looking to quickly find an agent to help us buy as well as list our current home. His responsiveness is outstanding, he truly had our backs from start to finish in all aspects of buying and selling. We would 100 times over work with Bill again, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor.
