Okay, 5 stars for taco bell itself - but this location doesn't do mobile app ordering and sometimes doesn't have items listed in the online menu.nnI can overlook those things - 1 point taken off for almost consistently stale Chalupa shells. Everything else is fine but it's like they let Chalupa shells get rock hard before they serve them. ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

Line was crazy long but moved fairly quickly, great and fast customer service.nnIt's been a minute since I've been to a KFC...it was not nearly as good as I remember. Chicken was soggy.

I went through the drive through and placed an order just to find out it was almost completely wrong items when I got home. All but one of the items was correct. I wasn't mad as I lived ten minutes away so I returned the order and asked them to replace it with the correct one. I did ask them to remake the one item they did get right because it was now cold and soggy. They did remake it however, they proceeded to argue with me about it over the drive through speaker. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by who I assumed was a manager, a young lady with tattoos on her forearms and wore glasses who argued with me about remaking the one item. She said it cost her money to do so and it wont happen again. I did start to explain how it wasn't my fault and she closed the window in my face. She did not apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back and have my order replaced or anything just sort of scolded me for wanting a warm order that I paid good money for. So I cant recommended this location as I have had multiple issues with this one as the staff are unprofessional and getting a correct order is near impossible for me. I will not return to this location and will drive the extra miles to the Windham or South Portland locations if I ever feel like eating Taco bell. The issue is the management here. They have multiple competitors in this area to which I have never had these kind of issue's. I dont have a Twitter account

I had just worked here and they were not offering me my full pay for all of the hard hours that I had worked. Most of the shift leaders don’t even care about the line and it’s mostly always dirty. The amount of music and talking going on literally no one focus and do theirs jobs. Only reason the times are so high is because of all the chattering and movement blocking workers from getting to the drive thru window. Definitely don’t recommend this KFC Taco Bell.
