Absolutely the best Real Estate Services I have ever had. Jim and his daughter handled everything from our first inquiry to the final closing with the utmost efficiency, skill , professionalism and friendliness. When the normal obstacles came up they had them handled and answers before I even inquired. They have a team of people and associates to handle everything fairly and painlessly. I worked with Randy Ferrell from Portside Real Estate Group and I was so pleased with my experience. Not only did he personally meet with each potential buyer, but he had it under contract within a day. Beyond working with Randy, the whole Portside Real Estate Group was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. We have now bought two houses and sold one through Portside's agent, Liam McCoy. The insights he's had to the market, the inner workings of real estate, and the access to local contractors who wouldn't keep us waiting for months (when possible) has been invaluable both times. Liam is professional, honest, and necessary in such a competitive and challenging market.
