Bite into Maine

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. I have tried so many different lobster rolls, but this has remained my top 1. They have a few different options and they’re all equally good. The line can get a bit long, but the wait is so worth it. Located in a beautiful park with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend this place.

In my opinion, these are truly the #1 lobster rolls in Maine. The Picnic roll is my favorite, but the traditional Maine roll is still delicious. They're generous with the lobster and the seasoning was perfect without overwhelming the natural sweetness of the lobster meat. The bread was also toasted perfectly with a nice outside crisp and soft inside chew. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and you can't complain about the gorgeous location. We didn't wait long for our rolls, but there was a line around 1-2pm. Would highly recommend!

So on our trip down to Kennebunkport we stopped off to see the Portland head light and have us a lobster roll. So we ordered a 2 Maine lobster rolls with a side of butter. What we got was a Maine and a Connecticut version with no side of butter! Great thing here is you can decide 4 oz or 6 oz serving. They lost a star because all they were doing is talking politics and about the nasty port o potty’s they are using! (I just hope they washed their hands!)nnMaine version had mayo and chives on it. Tasted good I just wanted some butter on it!!nRoll was toasted well and over all a great sandwich.nnConnecticut version was great. Covered in butter with a beautifully toasted bun. But dang it I just wanted some mayo on it to make it perfect!nnJust sell me what I want! But over all two great lobster rolls.

Best lobster rolls around, they certainly make you pay for them though

Ordered the XL CT roll. I really didn't want to spend $24 on a lobster roll but since the hubby and I were sharing, he convinced me it was worth it. Well, that lobster roll was ridiculously good! The lobster was tender as can be and the bun was toasted and buttery. I have waited in ling lines in CT for rolls that cost more than this and they don't even come close! Well done! The only thing that would have made it a bit better for me was to have the lobster warm... but thats so minor compared to the flavor that made my taste buds dance with joy! ud83eudd9e ud83eudd9e ❤
