We have not seen our sales person since she signed us up. DO NOT SIGN THEIR AGREEMENT. They have what Clark Howard refers to as a sleazy evergreen clause that automatically renews if you do not notify them specifically in a narrow time frame. We asked to terminate service because the main person has cut way back on hours. THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO FORCE US TO CONTINUE. The GM says they have a valid contract and is sticking it to us. They have also RAISED OUR PRICES 3 TIMES without prior notice. They pretend to act like a local company that cares yet they act like a national company that is about PROFITS and NOT making it about good Customer service. DO NOT START WITH THEM , YOU WILL REGRET IT.
