Goodness, Big Rick rescued us. We closed on a house on Friday, but the carpets had not been cleaned and it was obvious that the sparse furniture that had been in the house had been placed over pet stains. Rick came out right away and gave us an estimate. The estimate was exactly the amount that we expected.
