Katy is absolutely the best. My husband and I found her by chance and couldn't be more thankful. Katy is professional, knowledgeable, and has unbelievable work ethic. We were new to the area, weren't entirely sure what we were looking for, and looked at every type of house across an enormous radius. Katy not only listened, but truly paid attention to our shifting list of priorities and worked tirelessly to get us into the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for us. She never made us feel one bit pressured and was exceedingly patient with us. My husband I were both so impressed by how knowledgeable she is about the intricacies of so many of the houses we looked at. She is so detailed-oriented and knows a ton! When we finally chose a house, Katy advocated for us beyond how we even advocated for ourselves. She is amazing. While she's tough and can get stuff done, she has outstanding people skills and was able to work well with the selling agents. This was a huge benefit to us. I could not be more thankful for having found Katy. We ended up in the perfect house and neighborhood for our family and I really think so much of it has to do with the fact that Katy worked so hard to make it happen for us. Most importantly, she is a really good person and we really enjoyed working with her. I'm thankful to now call Katy a friend. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Katy Messner is a true professional. We were moving to the area from out of state. Not only did she do several virtual tours for us, some of them she did at a moment’s notice. She was extremely honest about the homes she toured for us. This was essential because we were not physically present.nShe searched home listings and would send the ones that were according to our needs. We were also searching for rental housing in the area, and she was a great help with this. She would find homes for rent and even contact the owner for us. She truly went above and beyond for us.
