Lincoln State Park, Campground Shelter

Packed in like sardines. DNR patrol guy is jerk. He parked his truck facing our campsite with his headlights blaring for no reason. Was VERY rude to my daughter and my husband as well. Swimming hole is terrible. Trails are dangerous and not cleared of hazards. Only reason I even give 2 stars over 1 is because the women at both entrances were friendly and nice, and the bathrooms were always clean and stocked.

Over priced camping, they have let the wild life take over the swimming area and give it preference over people

This is a great State Park. If you have Indiana Park pass, you can use it to get in here. They have a very nice campground and sites with electric and water. Shower houses here are clean and well kept. There is a very large lake with paddle boat and kayak rental. Outdoor music concerts are at the amphitheater here as well. They also have cabin rentals. Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial is across the street and Holiday World theme park is just a couple miles away. This is a great place for a spring, summer, or fall getaway.

We like camping here. Family friendly. Plenty of room around and between most sites. Clean restrooms and showers.

Beautiful spot. Had to pay 9 dollar entry fee to get to the campground where I was paying to camp. That bothers me
