Regency Preserve

Ever since I have moved here it has been nothing short of amazing. The office staff is exactly what you would want when searching and looking for a new home. Made it as easy and fun as you could hope for. The maintenance team Cody and Vincent are exceptional my place looked amazing upon move in and iv had a few work orders and they have been to my home and it has been taken care of within the hour Very professional A lot of good reviews and I can see why. Keep up the amazing work regency staff. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As a resident of around 5 months, I have found living in Regency Preserve to be entirely pleasant. The facilities are well maintained, the office staff are kindhearted and incredibly understanding. The maintenance men, Cody and Vincent, are exceptionally helpful going above and beyond. All residents are considerate and I have had only positive experiences here, which is a refreshing change from my previous experience in apartment/community living. I would wholeheartedly recommend Regency Preserve to anyone any age or stage of life.

Cody and Vinny are exceptional maintenance men. They are always willing to help with anything no matter how small the task, they are very professional and courteous. Cody has been here almost as long as us And we enjoy him , he is so knowledgeable and he runs a tight ship...great team

Truly enjoy the welcome international living experience. Nice clean clubhouse, gym and pool. Property maintained well.

Very nice place to live. The property is really pretty, clean, and the community is very friendly. Office staff is nice and friendly. Cody, who works with maintenance is exceptional! Very thorough, personable, and friendly. Always gets the job done quickly along with willing to explain things to you. Definitely I recommend. Come out and see how nice the property is and how nice the living space is. Office staff is friendly and will take care of you.
