Trent sold our duplex in downtown Indianapolis towards the end of 2019. We had a unique selling situation as the duplex was technically two different properties but he made the process and transactions seamless. We recently were in the market to buy and we were able to call Trent, put an offer in and close within 30 days. In this market, being able to get such quick responses made all the difference.

Maggie was very helpful in our home-building process, from the time we picked out our lot to visiting the design center and all the way to closing. It was very helpful to have her recommendations on what upgrades make sense to have the builder complete vs. what you can do after the home is built, and what upgrades can help the most with resale in the future. It was nice to have someone to communicate with the builders in addition to ourselves in case we had any problems or questions.

Trent has helped us buy and sale our last 2 houses. He always made the process very easy for us and explained things in ways we would understand them. Always answered our calls and questions in a timely fashion. If we ever move again......we will be giving Whittington & Co. a call!
