Terrible quality homes across the the board .It`s had so many problem They have very bad customer service. Lennar is built on lies .Everyone should do a lot research about LENNAR BUILDER before deciding to build your dream home .My family made a big mistake and built a new house with Lennar at Welchel Springs.It was completed nightmare.

Don’t buy homes at Lennar welchel springs Fishers, initially they sell you the house at higher prices , later they build the speck homes and sell at lower prices making your house value depreciate.

You cannot even choose an electric stove instead of gas with Lennar. Lack of simple customizations has to harm sales...
