The staff are friendly and helpful. Detail oriented and timely in processing the cleaning. Also affordable. I only go to J & J Cleaners.

Please check number of your items being checked in. Picked up and 1 item missing when I picked. Called in thinking just a mistake on cleaners . Called back again because no reply from manager. She insisted I did not include. Very rude ! Evidently good customer service is not one of their priorities. Definitely will not use this merchant again!

They offer 1 day shirt service and are open on Sunday. BUT, if you arrive at 3:09 on Friday, not 2:59, your shirts will be ready Monday. Those 10 minutes cost me 2 days.
