We had a pipe burst and needed to replace the hot water heater. Robert came out to assess our needs and Tyler and Jake replaced the hot water heater. These guys were friendly, respectful, answered my 85 year old mother's questions and provided TOP NOTCH service. We have used Arnold & Sons on multiple occasions to address leaks and other plumbing issues. The techs are always very thorough and knowledgeable. This last visit was to replace a damaged sump pump which caused water back up in our basement. They were able to squeeze us in for a quick repair same day. They worked quickly and professionally. We will continue to trust them for all our plumbing needs. Thank you for the great service!
We had them install a gas line in the kitchen for a gas range. Branson did our estimate and Jake came to do the work. Everyone was very nice and professional and the work was done properly and in a timely manner. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pricing. I paid almost $900 for them to drill a hole in the floor and run a piece of flexible tubing through it. If I’d have known it would have been that simple I probably could have done it myself for a tenth of the cost. That being said, I am happy with the service, just not with how much we paid for it.
Robert was the plumber that came to our new house to diagnose an issue with a lack of hot water throughout the home. His demeanor and responsiveness were par excellence, and he very quickly and expertly identified our issues and supplied us with an exhaustive list of options, spelling all of them out in clear terms.nnMy wife has also used them multiple times in the past and has never encountered anything short of exemplary services. Her curmudgeonly father that typically finds any excuse to have an issue with a company's service even had nothing to offer but praise when he enlisted their service. Highly recommended.
Contact prior letting us know who was coming. Both men very professional and courteous. They reviewed the issue and found our outdoor faucets working fine. Documented the faucets were working and shut off fine. Thank you.
