My water heater started leaking last night. Called Tom Smith at 8 am and they were here by 10:30. New water heater installed and working by lunchtime. Cost was exactly that quoted on the phone. Very pleasant to deal with. Excellent experience.

I woke up to a pin hole leak in a copper pipe in my basement. Water everywhere! I called Tom Smith. Vergil was here with in 20 minutes. Pipe repaired within an hour. I am so pleased with Tom's service. I will call him again if need be.nMaryanne
I can't speak for all these other comments but my experience was amazing. When we had the big freeze my bathrooms pipes froze and I called them. They got me in faster than I'd expected and they went strait to work under crawl space of my home. It's extremely cramped down there and the snow was high. But the gentleman went to work quickly. It was back up and running within half hour. He then gave me some helpful hints and advice for the upcoming year so I wouldn't have this incident happen again. I was terrified of being charged an amount I couldn't afford... The bill was extremely fair. I have recommended these guys to several people since then. Thank you!
