My girlfriend ordered with time to spare before closing and she was cancelled on instead of texting her that she couldn’t order they made her wait a while until she found out later her order was cancelled...please communicate better

Constant problems with this location. Constantly out of regular menu items, soda machine always out of flavors or simply broken. Can only accept cash...no wait credit today...nope back to cash only.Not sure how to communicate with the employees about what I want to order as no matter how hard I try it is never correct. It's understandable, given the C19 situation, that employees would be less than hospitable working with the public. Unfortuenelty, this would also only be a valid excuse if this hadn't been the norm for all the years this place has been here. Avoid at all costs.
