Bob re-stretched and cleaned my carpets. The results were amazing. He removed spots that I never thought could be removed. He literally saved me thousands of dollars...I thought I needed to replace all of my upstairs carpets. He made them look new again!nI highly recommend this business.
We used B&N to clean our preschool carpeting. Our appointment was scheduled quickly. Bob was very pleasant to work with, and more importantly, he made our carpets look like new!
After using a nationally known company every year, we hired B & N to clean carpet on the recommendation of a friend. Bob does a phenomenal job! He was able to remove a traffic pattern in front of a couch where our teenagers sat to play video games. We've had a rug there for years to hide it but after Bob cleaned it just ONCE, we got rid of the rug! Bob is punctual, professional, super friendly, and his prices are very reasonable. We referred a friend to B & N and she was extremely pleased with Bob's work too! We wouldn't even think of hiring anyone else now!
Bob responded to our call very quickly and was able to easily fix a job poorly done by someone else in the past. He talked us through the reasons why he was doing what he was doing and was able and willing to answer any and all questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!
Bob did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning out carpets on 2 floors. We love our carpet but after 14 years, 2 dogs, and a longhair cat, it was in bad shape. We are thrilled to now have carpet that looks brand new! Very friendly and professional.
