I wish I could share the picture I took this morning. DISGUSTING. And disgraceful. I haven't used a laundromat in years but I decided to take my daughters wet laundry here to dry real quick. It was the one closest to my location. OMG, I can't believe anyone would walk in and not walk right back out. First of all the smell was horrible. Not sure if it was old moldy water or garbage. There were about a hundred used dryer sheets all over the floor. Not to mention how gross and dirty the floors were. Like they haven't been swept or mopped in months. I definitely won't ever go back.
This laundry mat is small. And most of their single load washers were out of order but all of the much more expensive double or triple loads were ALL working i can't help wonder if it was intentional.... And it was filthy. But they get 3 stars for their affordable prices and providing a laundry mat to a neighborhood that really needed one.
A great place! I was left in Peoria and stranded overnight, and I couldn't find anywhere that was open once it got late, but then I came across this place! They keep it open 24/7, so that anyone who's homeless in the area will always have a place to go when/if necessary and I just love that! It's fantastic that the people who own this place have such big hearts that they literally have made sure that they have made a place that's able to have visitors all night long!
Place is falling apart. A lot of equipment not working and place is dirty.
