DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. If a gentleman by the name of Victor offers to help you run the other way. I took a blanket to them to have cleaned. I've had this for almost 40 years and there is no way to replace it. Especially if it came from your now deceased grandfather from Korea. No one admitted fault even though they had possession of my property, and no one apologized. They also don't issue refunds on the spot either. So I had to pay for the privilege of this happening to me. Go to a locally owned and operated business that will appreciate you and respect your property. If you want more detail I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB. You can read it all on there.

Very nice and friendly. However for a child's thin winter coat, an adult coat and a blanket was $50.00 and coats are not clean. Scuffs (not stains but very light weight scuffs) still on and at end of arms. I should have just washed them in my own washer. I have used other cleaners, but tried this one because it was just up the street. Very disappointed in the cleaning aspect, but the employees were very friendly.

I had my mother in law take my wedding dress here since I live out of town and WOW what a HORRIBLE experience. To clean and box my dress was $200, reasonable price. The problem was they NEVER cleaned it!!! Luckily she inspected the dress when she went to pick it up the first time and noticed it was dirty, not stained with anything just dirt. They agreed to clean it again so she went back a second time and STILL dirt everywhere!! They didn’t even attempt to clean this dress. Again, nothing spilled, no stains just regular wear DIRT. Seriously??? Naturally having had enough of this back and forth she asked for a refund The clerk couldn’t give a refund without a manager but there was no manager in the store and no answer at the main store.....are you kidding me?nnNEVER EVER trust this place with anything precious. Worst dry cleaning experience I’ve EVER had.
