Carpets not cleaned at all really bad job better cleaning yourself literally looks like the before
Set appointment when they were late they text to reschedule. Today was the rescheduled day and they no call, no show! Wouldn’t suggest using them. 2 times of moving all furniture and cleaning showers out for these guys for them to let us down both times. We will move on.
We had an apt to get our carpets cleaned. They ran 2 hours late and then only spent 40 minutes cleaning a living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 hallways, and 13 stairs. The one guy that showed up was very friendly and my guess is he was trying to make up time from the house before ours that took much longer than he anticipated. After about six hours, many of the stains resurfaced. My husband went out and rented a carpet cleaner from Kroger, spent about 90 minutes cleaning the same areas, and now 12 hours later there are no stains and it looks great. We have Never used bleach on our carpets. I have used Stanley Steamer many times and always been happy with the quality of their work. I would recommend paying the few extra bucks for Stanley Steamer. Just my 2 cents ud83dude0a.
I've had Spotless Carpet come clean my business carpets and they always do a nice job. When I moved our offices, I had them come out to clean before we moved in. The carpet looked like new when they were done.nnI highly recommend them for your business carpet needs.
We were very satisfied with Spotless Carpet. Rich was very professional and did a wonderful job on our carpet. He pre-sprayed spots and they were totally gone after he cleaned it. The previous carpet cleaner told us those spots would never come out, but Rich got them out! We will definitively use Spotless again and highly recommend them.
