Love it always quite, clean, always have hot water. The one on Knoxville sucks big time
Very clean! Employees knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Other customers were business like and respectful of others space.
I think the best thing about this laundromat is how CLEAN it is. Every time we visit to do our laundry, the place is sparkling clean, from the floors to the insides of the washing machines and dryers. The worst thing is how intense the sunlight is, coming through the HUGE windows on the west side of the building....all the afternoon sun comes through and makes the very warm (in summer) interior, due to the constantly running dryers EVEN HOTTER. If they would only install some shades or blinds or something to cut down on the very warm temperatures in there, it would be an absolute stellar place to do laundry. They do charge too much but I guess that is what keeps them able to do their best to BE the best in town. Still, they deserve 5 stars for their superb facility.
Kinda out of the way for me but this is the best laundromat in the area. And Dorothy on the dry cleaning side is always so helpful and cheery. Highly recommend.
The employees here are very helpful and will do pretty much anything you need for them to do. There are a handful of machines that could use a little TLC but they are gradually renovating things and putting all new machines in
