Wow, my draperies look like new! I was very happy with the results AND with the service, Shirley was awesome and helpful. The price was very reasonable as well. This is now my dry cleaners.
Came to pick up our $ 50 worth of items, just to find out they are closed..... no warning, no calls.... called them back-no voice mail is set up there. Called Knoxville location, a female said they are closed on Sheridan and there’s nobody there to pick up our items. Question: what is she doing on Knoxville then???nnToday got a call from her saying they will be open 1-3...- does it occur to you that PEOPLE WORK ?????????? Unlike them???!!!!!.....nnWill pick up and never come back there. Even though I liked the front desk ladies. Apparently, the managers do not care to lose their customers.nFYI, $ 50 was our cheapest order. NOT coming back.nnIS IT HOW YOU CARE ABOUT Medical PROVIDERS by keeping their clothes hostage for 3 weeks ?????????? We used dry cleaning for WORK clothes! Shame on you.
Took my white pants there to get stains out my and wife pants and they instead of cleaning them they put more stains on them pink and blue ink on 2 perfect pairs Levi's 501 messed my pants up my service with them rendered no more eagle cleaners
