Spent 55$ and waited two weeks, for my suede/fur coat too come back with huge scratch patch on the back. It was supposed to be cleaned but got discolored on the fur trim. Also, was told I would be reimbursed with a check yet!!! waiting three weeks later I will never use any of their services I should’ve went to western cleanersud83eudd2c instead expensive couch ruined Update02/17/2021 Yes I have the email conversation with Jenny lamb one of your employees or whoever answers to complaints still no refund. Or reply since last month.
Your van driver just drove the wrong way at my husband and then proceeded to get out of the van and cuss him out. This is not the sort of professionalism I expect from an employee in uniform. Bad look for your company. I hope this situation gets resolved asap!!!
