We have 21 year old carpet that looks like new after being cleaned by Gems!nThe servicemen were clean and polite and incredibly thorough. Vacuumed everything before actually cleaning the carpet. I have 2 old cats and one has made her mark in a couple places... there is no odor and the old stains are nearly eliminated. I am very pleased with the finished product!
We called Gerry at Gem’s Capet Cleaning to get information about cleaning the carpets, bathroom tile and furniture at my Mom’s house. We had stayed with her quite a while when we moved to the area while we looked for our new home and with three small kids, two cats and a dog we had definitely left our mark in her house.nnGerry came out right away, quoted the work and scheduled the cleaning for the next week. The day of the service, they were very prompt and professional, they moved the big furniture and did a fantastic job on all the surfaces they cleaned.nnThe carpet is 15 years old and we were considering replacing it, but they brought it back to life! They also did a fantastic job on the bathroom tile and cleaned the sofa, loveseat and chair — all look as good as new!nnVery satisfied and would highly recommend!nnGlad to have great customer service from a local company!
Jerry was kind enough to come out and look at all the areas we wanted to be cleaned and contacted me in a timely fashion to schedule the appointment. When we had to temporarily cancel due to an unexpected new furnace needing to be installed, he was more than understanding. Now that the carpets have been cleaned, they look amazing! A timely, thorough, and professional job was done. Would highly recommend!!
