First time riding the Metra. And I enjoyed it. if you need in person help probably wouldn't be the best but I'm more of a research and find my own way type of person so I found all I needed online. I highly suggest getting the Ventra app

One of my least favorite train stations in the Chicago area. North Chicago has so much poverty and the last town to be served by any type of transportation. Also, the surrounding area looks very ghetto and has way too much crime. Also, there is very little staff on site to help of you have questions. Avoid this train station if you can.
