Complete lack of professionalism. Paid for service call to evaluate three new toilets I needed. Killian sent an estimate on a toilet that does not work with current plumbing/pipes. When I called Chris Sweeney multiple times over the course of a week to follow up on next steps and to discuss details of purchase, no response. Beth at the front desk said the picture she sent of the toilet was all the information I needed. Not so. Terrible customer service. Couldn't be bothered to return a phone call. Avoid if at all possible.
Killian came out three times in as many weeks to help us with backups in our upstairs plumbing. The third time they brought a camera and by process of elimination, we determined that a change in our usual 1-ply toilet paper was at fault. Cottonelle now comes with a built-in wipe that will gum up the system.nWe have relied on Killian’s services for years and recommend them for your needs too.
We have used VJ Killian for years! They always respond quickly and have done excellent work. They help with almost all of our housing needs.
