Extremely unprofessional. Couldn't give me a date and time for an estimate. Instead he called me when he was close by so I had to rush over. I didn't even mind having to drop everything and go, my problem was that when I was 5 mins away he called and said he wasn't interested in placing a bid because he didn't like the neighborhood. I can respect if you don't want to bid on a job but at least do some research ahead of time so you are not wasting people's time.
