I called Elliott to lower my kitchen drain to accommodate a new garbage disposal, which he supplied. He came right out to give me a quote - which was quite fair - and then came the next day to install it. He is very responsive and texts you when he is on his way. He tested for leaks and even went out of his way to run to the store for some spray foam insulation because he wanted to make sure there weren't going to be any issues with the outside wall/freezing pipes. I highly recommend him!
They were very busy and told me that it would be 4 days before they could get to me. Since my problem was minor and not urgent, I decided to go ahead and schedule the appointment. (A good plumber is probably extremely busy now with all the new people moving into this area.) Anyway, on the day of my appointment they called me early to see if they could be early.
Very knowledgeable and highly professional service. They were thoroughly able to handle all of my plumbing concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Called for a broken water heater, its was an emergency! I left a message the night of and received a call back promptly that evening. Then first thing in the morning I had a brand new 40 gallon water heater for a flat rate. Elliott was in and out in 2 hours. I cannot be happier. 10/10 service.nnDo no snooze on these guys!
