I had a major plumbing issue at my home, Carmen at LaCassa Plumbing was the 5th plumber in a span of 2 months that came to my house. All the other companies were giving me the run around, which left me stressed and frustrated. LaCassa visit was so refreshing, Carmen took his time and explained to me in detail the issue at hand . Moreover, he didn't rip me off. He made suggestions, was very caring and understanding. He and his team are a class act; after he left my house his wife called and checked in on me because they were so worried about me. I have LaCassa on my speed dial and you should too. I got the recommendation from next door app. It is hard to find honest and good plumbers and this one is a keeper.
Carmen came out to our home same day without charging an arm and a leg. He was specific in explaining the issue and the possible repairs he could do. He broke down pricing for both options and finished the job quickly and without making a mess. I appreciate the great customer service, transparency and professional quality of La Cassa Plumbing.
