Every time I call them they answer the phone and are very timely. All of their arrangements are amazing. I'm very happy.

I have been a customer of LC Florist since 1985. That ended today. I attempted to place an order yesterday, but was told their system was down, that there was still time to get delivery by mother's day, and they would call me back. Never happened. When I called today, they told me they could not deliver for mother's day, and that their computer system was never down yesterday. Implying I was lying! All the negative comments have ligitamicy. They don't care, and it's obvioust they don't need the business.

Ordered a flower Christmas tree arrangement for my mother after her friend was killed. I understood the day of delivery date was not guaranteed but it wasn't delivered till 2 days later. Then, instead of flowers, they sent her a little Charlie Brown looking tree, not flowers. It was dry, & crooked. Delivery person set it upside down in a box so needles were falling off. I paid over $100 and they refused to give me all my money back after late delivery, wrong product, poor quality and poor delivery. When I called customer service they tried to tell me they gave me an upgrade. They would only refund a portion of my money. Don't order from them! The only good thing is that little Charlie Brown Christmas tree did make my mother laugh some.

I should have heeded the advice of other reviews. Instead 250.00 later and a quickly thrown together "arrangement" I will never order from her again. First time and last time.
