Since covid started Metra has messed up getting me home to this station THREE TIMES! Twice it skipped my stop. Once a door malfunction kept me from exiting. Each time I was unable to contact on-board staff because either they did not respond to the emergency call button or I could not locate the emergency call button in my car.
